We focus our technical support services on a select number of SMB/NFP clients primarily in the northeast GTA.
This is done to help maintain reasonable onsite response times and to help ensure we can become familiar with the needs of your organization by being nearby. Not being restricted to the limitations of only remote and phone support inevitably results in better overall support and satisfaction which are our top priorities. Our approach is personal and flexible as we seek to provide pre-emptive support as our primary goal but will always strive for as little disruption as possible for those inevitable "down" issues, on a prioritized basis.
Being aimed at small markets, our services must cover a broad range of needs and include hardware troubleshooting, repairs and replacements, software management, network support (wired and wireless), hosted eMail and Web hosting/CMS as well as support and/or guidance for many locally installed and web/cloud software applications. Custom templates and small database development are also solutions suitable for some clients.
With many years of customer support experience combined with SMB IT support services, we can help with the majority of your IT support needs. We have been in business since the mid '90s supporting workstation OS versions that pre-date Windows up to the most current release, Windows 10. Although less common in this market (depending on client size) - Microsoft Server products are supported where there is a justifiable need.
