Uber is handy when you need it - for sure - but don't be too quick to install those apps you do not really need, especially when they ask for all those unrelated permissions. It may just try to steal your Uber credentials - and you just may think its the real deal.

In general - ALWAYS - be very careful about what you install, where you get it from and about any prompts for credentials that you have not initiated yourself in a legit app. Admittedly permissions are not always easy to decipher but - if in doubt - don't bother... move on and look for another solution!
