How to get eMail Headers in Outlook (2010, 2013, 2016)
OUTLOOK 2010+
OPEN the email,
Click on FILE tab,
then click on INFO (if not selected),
then click on PROPERTIES
Select ALL text in the "Internet Headers:" and copy
Paste into a new email and send to Neysh Support
