Perhaps there is still room for a change of heart but many vendors have converged on this detail.
 
The Intel CPU chip used in many PCs is now at what is called it's 7th generation for the Core I3, I5 and I7 processors.
 That's nice you say?
 
Agreed - except... 
You may want to know (or in some cases, need to know) that these newest chips will only support Windows 10, according to Microsoft.
Well - at least that's the semi-current sort-of status.
